What other events can I attend?
Social, informative and fund-raising events are held throughout the year. These include dramatised play readings, musical entertainments, quiz nights and many others. Details are circulated to members and displayed on notice boards in the theatre foyer.
How do I purchase tickets?
The Box Office is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7.30pm-9.00pm (except Bank Holidays and during the week following a production). During shows the box office is open from 7.00pm-9.00pm (inc. Saturdays).
Telephone bookings can be made (except on the opening night of booking for each show), but all tickets must be paid for within seven days of booking. Unfortunately, we do not offer an on-line ticket booking facility at this time.
Unless otherwise stated, performances are planned to begin at 7.30pm. The show dates shown on the 2011-2012 Season exclude Sundays.

Are there any facilities for people with disabilities or impairments?
Sutton Arts Theatre offers space in the auditorium for wheelchair users. As these places are limited, please ensure that you check availability with the Box Office when you book your tickets.
We have toilet facilities for people with disabilities. We have an induction loop hearing system in the Box Office and Auditorium. Please contact the Theatre if you have any enquiries regarding disabled facilities/access.
Disabled Badge holders may park on the opposite side of the road to the Theatre. Please do not obstruct residential driveways.
Is there a bar?
Sutton Arts Theatre has a licensed bar which is open during show performances. Drinks are available prior to the show, during the interval and after the show. You can pre-order your interval drinks by speaking to the bar attendant before the show.
The coffee lounge is open during the interval.
How much does membership cost and how do I join?
Sutton Arts Theatre is a Members’ Theatre sustained by voluntary efforts of the membership and all members are welcome to participate in acting, backstage, administration and all activities of the Theatre. Membership offers the benefit of reduced seat prices for the major productions, use of the Theatre Bar and all members receive a regular mail shot containing information of future Theatre events and booking forms.

Can I hire the theatre or any of its facilities?
The Charter room is available for hire day or evening with a coffee lounge and also with the option of a licensed bar. We offer facilities for disabled persons. Please telephone Sutton Arts Theatre on 0121 355 5355 or write to the Bar and Lettings Manager for more details.
